Having a fat day
Woke feeling puffy, and the scale confirmed it.
Old me: Screw this, it isn’t working! I’m never going to lose weight so I’m not going to try.
New me: I ate poorly yesterday, got too little sleep last night, and barely exercised this week. Today I’m going to wait until I’m good and hungry before eating, and then eat only enough to make the hunger subside. I’ll get plenty of sleep and go for a long swim in the morning.
I wish my legs look like this in skinny jeans. Well just in all jeans in general. And leggings, and tights. My legs look horrible in everything, and I have canckles for fucks sake. They’re awful. :(
